Two ways to earn

Choose the level of involvement that works for you.

Option A — Refer & Earn Low effort

You know a wholesale buyer who needs products from China. You introduce them to us. We handle all communication, sourcing, and logistics. You receive a share of our fee on every order that buyer places — indefinitely.

  • Make the introduction, then step back

  • No China knowledge required

  • Earn on every order, not just the first

Option B — Manage & Earn More Higher commission

You manage the client relationship directly — handling their needs, questions, and expectations. We handle the entire supply chain behind the scenes. Because you take on more responsibility, your commission is higher.

  • You own the client relationship

  • We handle sourcing, QC, logistics

  • Higher commission rate for more involvement

How it works

From first conversation to first payout.

Sign the agreement

We send you a simple agency agreement that sets out your commission rate, payment terms, and which option you’ve chosen.

Introduce your buyer

Connect your buyer with Mary Zhang. Once they place their first order, the agreement is active and your commission begins accruing.

Get paid

Commission is paid after each order is confirmed — by bank transfer or in cash, based on your preference. Payment details are set in your agreement.

What the numbers look like

Commission ranges from 2% to 10% depending on the scope of work you take on. Here’s a realistic example based on a typical order.

Individual commission rates are agreed upfront in your agency contract. The rate depends on whether you’re referring only or managing the client relationship.

Example order$20,000 order value
Option A — Refer only (2%)$400 / order
Option A — Refer only (5%) $1,000 / order
Option B — Manage clients (8%)$1,600 / order
Option B — Manage clients (10%)$2,000 / order

Commission is earned on every order — not just the first. A buyer who orders quarterly generates recurring income.

How we keep it transparent

We understand that handing over a client relationship requires trust. Here’s how we protect your interests.

email
You're CC'd on all emails
Every email we exchange with your buyer is copied to you. You can see exactly what was agreed and what each order is worth.
contact-info
You keep the contact info
You have direct access to your buyer's contact information at all times. The relationship doesn't disappear when we handle logistics.
Written-terms
Written terms, no ambiguity
Your commission rate, payment schedule, and profit-sharing model are all written into the signed agency agreement — not verbal promises.
Pay
Pay on confirmed orders only
Commission is calculated on confirmed order value — not estimates or quotes. You see the order, you know the amount, you get paid.

Common questions

Anywhere. Most of our buyers are in West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire), East Africa (Kenya, Ethiopia), South America (Brazil, Colombia, Argentina), and the Middle East. If you have buyer connections in any market that imports from China, we want to hear from you.

Yes. There’s no limit on how many buyers you refer or manage. Each relationship is tracked separately so your commission is calculated accurately per buyer.

Your rate (2–10%) is applied to the confirmed order value placed with us. The exact percentage depends on which option you’ve chosen and the scope of work agreed in your contract. Because you’re CC’d on all correspondence, you can verify the order amount yourself.

General merchandise from Yiwu Market — home goods, kitchenware, fashion accessories, toys, electronics accessories, stationery, outdoor products, and more. We work across most product categories, not a specific niche.

No. What we need is a relationship with buyers — people who import products in volume. We handle everything on the China side. You focus on the people you know.
